During my 53 years in the construction industry, I've spent time supervising the building of homes, semis, townhouses, and high-rise buildings. I've also inspected and renovated hundreds of these types of projects.
I have completed over 1,400 inspections with follow-ups. We have completed documentation for local authorities as well as records for Board Directors and Management Companies.
I began this company after realizing my fellow Board members were unaware of their responsibility.
